Fine motor skills are often a goal for our clients but not always easy to get a child engaged in during treatment sessions. Each month we will be bringing you a Sneaky Fine Motor Activity to incorporate into your treatment sessions. Hopefully, your client’s won’t even notice you are working on their fine motor skills!

Sneaky Fine Motor – February: Painter’s Tape. Use painter’s tape to tape down small objects around the room for the client to find. Peeling tape off of the walls and small objects is a great way to work on finger dexterity. Make it a game by rescuing the foam bugs, freeing small matchbox cars or plastic animals or finding all the coins to get rich first! Happy taping!
